Candidates wishing to obtain the form should show evidence of payment of Non refundable fee of N1,000.00 (one thousand naira only) from Fin Bank (First Inland Bank) PLC, Gimbiya Street, Area 11, Garki Abuja. Candidates are to pay into account No- 236435070901.

Completed forms are to be returned to the Principal, FCT School of Nursing, Gwagwalada, Abuja on or before 12th June, 2009.

ENTRY QUALIFICATION: Eligible candidates should posses either WAEC, GCE, SSCE, or NECO with at least FIVE CREDIT passes including English Lnguage, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology at not more than two sittings.
